We had a quick stay at Carlos Pension, and despite a noisy air con, the great location in Akrotiri made up for it. Raphael was super friendly and helpful even at midnight when we arrived. The breakfast was a solid deal too-a nice bonus for just 5€!

Our time at Carlos Pension felt like being part of a family. Eva, the host, went above and beyond, treating us with fresh watermelon and grapes upon arrival. Her warmth made us feel at home. The location was fantastic. A ten-minute walk led us to a serene beach, perfect for our small group. Nearby restaurants offered delicious meals. we kept returning to ‘Akrothiri’ for brunch and dinner. The rooms were cozy, but the beds were a bit too firm for comfort. We could have used better bathroom amenities, specifically a newer glass for water. Raphael helped us book tours, which was super handy for our short stay. Breakfast featured various options with local ingredients, although finding a way to make coffee without staff assistance was a slight hiccup. Despite minor inconveniences, we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, making it a memorable vacation spot for families looking to unwind.

Had a great time! The local bus stops close by, making it easy to get around. We explored Athinios Port and Gavalas Vineyard, both are must-see spots. The place is nearby beaches and local eateries with delicious options. Staff were friendly and offered handy tips for our adventures.
The bathroom could use a bit of attention. it got quite wet after showers. We managed but it was a bit inconvenient overall.

The location is a perfect spot for relaxation, just a short walk from Red Beach and nearby restaurants. The welcoming staff make you feel right at home, and the availability of parking was a bonus for those with a vehicle. Breakfast options were impressive, particularly the cinnamon rolls, but the air conditioning in the room made a noticeable noise, affecting the overall comfort. The bathroom facilities need some attention, as it became quite wet after showers.
